Thanksgiving and Christmas already?!?

whoa, Thanksgiving is here?? REALLY?!? This is madness cause it was literally Halloween a few weeks ago...Oh well, good thing is ill be able to go home for Christmas and share Javita with all my family! Since im in SoCal its hard for me to let friends and family back home try the coffee. BUT ill have a coffee social at my moms house and she will be thrilled about that!! lol She always wants to host a party in their house cause she is proud of it. hahaha So ive learned alot about the new tea coming out in January, its the coolest thing!! its called Lean+Green. Its the weight loss formula ( which im kinda bummed about ). Since i do not drink the burn+control i was hoping they would do and energy version of the tea instead of weight loss. But oh well, im sure they will sooner than later. :-) Im very excited all the same though!!


Update on medication and javita:
i haven't been taking my lexapro for 2 days and im already starting to feel a difference in my energy level! Im blown away, totally. This is like one of those things that you can see a difference almost immediately.

And i think Ive figured out the issues with some people and the burn+control blend. People who are mildly over weight do not see as big a change as those who are obese.One of the reasons is because obese people have more water weight than mildly overweight people. Attack of the Javita Sellers!!!

OMG so as you all know i sell Javita. a person on FB asked a simple question on one of the buisness pages...i swear to you 5 javita sellers attacked her! the only reason why i was involved was because someone tagged me! LOL its madness! that's why when i tell people that we are swarming the west coast i mean we are really taking over!! This is one reason why i cannot WAIT to get back to Texas because its not as common out there for Javita sellers. Anyways, one of my clients is starting to see results!! Its a funny thing because people do not understand that they need to be paying attention to their clothes and how they are fitting! People keep watching the scale but its all in the inches! This particular person is starting to see a difference in how her pants fit and im so happy for her. It took her a month to start seeing the results but now that she is on her second month of drinking the coffee she is finally starting to see a change!!
 More about me and my journey, I'm still drinking the energy and mind and about a week and a half ago i decided to start taking my depression medication WITH the coffee cause i thought well hell if the coffee makes me feel this good alone i bet i will feel amazing taking BOTH!!...that is SO far from the truth! since Ive been taking my medication again with the coffee, im feeling sluggish, tired and have 0 energy..i was kinda worried thinking that the coffee wasn't working anymore! But now that im thinking the change is because i started back on my medication, im going to test this once more and get off of it for a month and see where it takes me! wish me luck!!

 mind...BLOWN! The reason i LOVE this story so much is because my daughter suffers from the same life altering complications (ADHD). This runs in my family so i kinda expected one of my babies to get it! My dad had it, brother HAS it and now my baby girl Karlie HAS it. Ive been avoiding putting her on a medication cause shes only 4.5! plus there is NO way i would get her to take a pill, hell no! that would be a fight every morning im not willing to do. So i just learned something awesome today at our Javita morning star call! Starting this new year the tea will come out!! OMG this is gonna be huge! although im NOT a big tea drinker, Ive found that a lot of people here in California drink a lot of tea so this might be something that the state in a whole will enjoy better. I also saw a poster that shows the top 15 coffee states in the US and Cali was #12, which makes sense! My home state ( Texas ) was # 15.

OK so i wanted to share a story. This past Saturday i hosted a tupperware party at my house, i posted a lot of adds inviting all the camp pendleton people to join! i was going to serve my coffee and snacks to everyone that showed! So on Thursday i realized that i didn't have any energy and mind coffee left, just burn and control! so i panicked and decided to order a double pack of energy and mind coffee to be overnighted and was in hopes it would get to my house BEFORE Saturday @ 3pm! So i spend 20 bucks extra to ensure that it would get to me in time..long story short, i JUST got in TODAY! WTF!! So all i will say is that if you are under the impression that a shipment will be overnighted think twice cause FedEx was in NO hurry to get me my coffee! I had to scramble last minute to find one of my girls who had an energy and mind for sale and got it that way! lol Thank goodness cause i needed it!! lol

Anyways, i also wanted to share a video i found online about the Garcinia Cambogia extract. Ive heard of alot of people who are taking the extract in pill form but i was kinda wondering if it was good to take so much in pill form of if there is any side effects. I know that my coffee has the extract in it but not that high of dosage. So i was doing some digging around and found this video, which is SO good to know for anyone who is thinking about trying this for weight loss!

Mean Skeptics in this world!

Last night i was sitting at the computer and decided to join a few Google community pages! I thought, what better way to share my experience and share the love of Javita to people OTHER than the military community! I joined a couple of Espresso pages and posted something abut Javita and all is medicinal qualities and the people in the group verbally attacked me!! Telling me how its a espresso community and i need to take my tasteless coffee someplace else! I was really shocked at how rude and snobby they are about their espresso! I told the guy that he didnt have to be rude about it and now i understand why he was getting his undies in a knot about my COFFEE! lol So whatever, i did however get good feedback from a couple of other communities that are interested in the herbs ( which is what im going for ). People spend hundreds of dollars in a months time to get all the herbs and extracts to take in pill or powder form everyday, and the fact that i have it all already infused in my coffee puts me on top of the game it seems! plus because im a member i get my coffee for free!! ( hehe ). So i guess you can say its a win win :-)
But i wanted to just say a little something to all those coffee snobs out there who feel threatened when someone comes at you with a " new thing ". Don't be afraid to try something new!! i mean my gosh its coffee, its not like your testing out a tattoo artist or buying a car! When i was diagnosed with MS and experienced the numbness, weakness, impaired vision and all fine motor skills had declined, i told my self i would NEVER miss out on something that cant hurt me! So i ride the roller coaster that Ive been scared of since i was 8, I tried raw sushi even though..well its RAW! I tried getting a tattoo ( now im hooked ), and now Ive switched my coffee because YOLO and if it can ease any side effects such as my depression ( which it has ) im a happy camper, and even if i did have to pay full price for this stuff, i would cause its helping me and my daughter!! ( thank goodness i get it for free! ) So i hope that if YOU are reading this and YOU yourself are a coffee snob, number one..please don't say mean and hurtful things just to prove your point ( that you love your coffee ) and two..don't be afraid to try something new! Don't like it, change it!

Late Night and Early Morning!

Went to bed last night at about 12 am..UUUGGHH!! Damn you Javita!! JK!! BUT i will say that i woke up bright eyed and bushy tailed at 630AM!! This coffee is amazing! I have never in my life been able to do that! I have never been a morning person, so my husband will always stand in my face and tickle my nose until i wake up, and only by the grace of God do i not punch him in the nose! Now i can get up with him and be perfectly ok with the fact that its morning time!! LOL 6:45 am all my daycare kids start rolling in and i feel amazing!!  Anyways, i found a new poster that i wanted to share with everyone about one of the herbs found in my coffee!

Another great day drinking Javita! Its so funny cause you would think at first people would be all over something saying it will aid in weight loss, but its been a while since ive had people show interest! Although this coffee does aid in weight loss, im trying to share its OTHER benefits! Those are the ones that can help more people than anything!
Ive been talking to my dad and trying to convince him that he needs to be one of my personal testimonials but just like any old fashioned coot he doesn't want to put his card information on the internet! this kinda sucks but the good thing is, if you don't feel comfortable doing it online you can always give the seller the info and they can do it over the phone! So i guess im going to talk to him about it and see if that sounds "safer" to him. ;-)

A little bit about my dad: He is a hard working man who has started from the bottom and worked his way to the top giving blood sweat and tears to make a 6 figure income..we didnt have alot growing up and so my father did everything he could to make ends meet. I remember him climbing the electricity pole by our house and unplugging our house from the pole so that we didnt get an electricity bill ( he is an electrician ), then every night when he got home from his 12 hr shift which was an hr drive from home, he would scoot back up the pole to plug us back up so that we could have a hot bath and cook dinner. This went on for years. Now that he is very seasoned, he has started to get many health problems such as high blood pressure, high cholesterol, weight in his gut area, and who knows what else he has that he takes meds for. All i know is that a person who worked as hard as he has shouldnt have those kind of problems in their life! It breaks my heart because he HATES taking his medication. He is very against it and always has been. Even for his family! My brother for example needed ADD/ADHD medication but because it made him a zombie my dad stopped giving it to him.

My Personal Javita Story

 

As I sit in a room full of strangers sipping on a coffee that is not what im used to, i think to myself "i probably have more important things to do" . My friend had invited me to her home for this coffee social and since i usually do NOT get out of the house for personal parties with many guests I figured, heck why not?! As we all sit there and talk, discuss the weather and the coffee, a person whom i had never met before in my life stands up and proceeds to tell the whole group about this coffee. I am always open to learning or hearing about new things, no matter if i need them or not because quite frankly i think its rude to not hear someone out! So instead of walking out like many people did i sat there and listened.
After an hour of listening to this woman talk i actually was interested in the product! All the benifits and positive stories actually had me wanting to drink the coffee. So i go home and talk to my husband about it. He of course, wasnt as interested because lets face it, hes a coffee snob. After much research and thought, one week later I bought into the company. I knew that if i could change my life and have others follow, then i would be golden! So that leads me to my personal story...


In 2009 I was blessed with a beautiful, healthy baby girl as well as being diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis. That following year i was also diagnosed with depression which was linked to the MS itself. Over the  years i have battled with my disease and depression.
